Who Am I

I’m Liz. I’m a product designer and I love talking to people. I always have. Growing up in Queens, teachers always begrudgingly noticed my love for the art of conversation.

Well, I think it’s safe to say being a people person has certainly paid off.

During my eight years as a teacher in California and Thailand, I built strong and positive connections with students, parents and community members. I combined my knowledge of sociology, innate creativity and love of storytelling to create meaningful learning experiences.

This life long desire to explore our shared human experiences has led me to now become a human centered designer. I have a rich and different perspective on solving complex human problems and a unique passion for improving lives through technology.

When I’m not designing, you can find me salsa-dancing, daydreaming about my next trip or hitting up my favorite thrift store in Brooklyn.
